Pinza triestina
Traditional Northern Italy sweet, soft and delicate, natural leavened.
It's similar to the brioche, but it is lighter and more delicate.
When it's still warm it's covered with a watering of rhum, sugar and vanilla, so that the alcoholic component evaporates, and the flavour enhances.
